I got a letter back from them saying that the enduro class wasn’t part of the program. Maybe I should have just called it Spec e30? Or maybe they looked at the timing sheets and saw the E2, not sure. Either way they said ‘no dice’.

I need a gasman and someone to man the fire extinguisher.[/quote]
As long as everyone helps everyone with crew duties as usual, you’ll get squared away. But for additional security, pit-up near Fred and I. We’re never without beer and fuel. Beer and fire extinguishers too.
Well Ladies I am 99% sure that I am not coming to CMP. Not going to Mid-Ohio either for their July event. Looks like a cake walk for Skeen.
I might come up Sat. to watch though. If not see you fools at Road Atl.
What? Something wrong with the car?
I’d say something about hollow victories, but that’s been taken already.

Skeen I’m almost offended by that, and I’m sure that JP will be.
I think I can speak for Jim and I when I say that sabotage is definitely NOT beneath us…

The old #82 RedBaron is busy putting his car back together after CMP so I’ve done my best Geiger Recreation for our 6th place trophy.
And if you guys don’t like it… feel free to pull over and let me take 6th.
What time does the track open for the NASA event? Can we get in anytime during the day Friday?
Also we’re planning on camping at the track. Any suggestions/warnings/advice?
Thanks.

Think how much farther back I’ll be than Cobetto when I come inside on 14.

The track will be open all day on Friday.
If you’re camping. I suggest you bring lots of beer. It’ll help keep the wild critters from getting out of control

Looks good… I’ll try not to break it this time
Howdy all,
I just got off the phone with SASCO and they need you to pre-order your tires for CMP as soon as possible. Call them today! 877-377-7811 Toll Free!
Im in for the sprints, no enduro for me though.
I hope to make it down on Friday before the enduro is over.

I hereby grant my official blessing. The bottle opener is obviously a very nice touch. Personally, I have a wedding ring for that. However, this may prove to be the most practical trophy to date. The welds look a little too nice…and the metal looks as if it’s cleaned up. If the trophy doesn’t break at some point, blame it on the welds. My prediction? Al Taylor will be going home with it in his 123hp SpecE30.

Ain’t gonna happen, I’m planning to repeat.
I’m not going, so you can have 5th  Remember, there’s PFC’s, a t-shirt and now the world’s clunkiest bottle opener on the line for 6th…
