Cluster Removal?

FYI,
I am in Tech and I am also new to SpecE30 so I do not know all of the details yet. I am currently building my own car right now. Be very careful about what you remove if the rules do not state that you can remove it. If there is any question get clarification from the directors preferably in writing. You will also need to have documentation at impound if there is any question.
