Took the Chump out to test day, had a new one for me. The brakes were super sensitive, like you could barely touch them and they would grab. The front left locked before others. Everything bled out fine, but they would start to drag as well, could tell which or all. seemed like all would start to drag after 5 laps or so. Car sat for awhile before it was built.

Everything dragging sounds like MC not releasing enough pressure. Less likely, abs pump.
Left front corner grabbing way before other corner or rears could mean weak front right or less likely, abs pump.
No way an MC problem can make one front corner behave differently then another front corner.
It would be hard to compare a grabby front corner to the rears because the rears do so little braking.
You may have more than one problem. That makes troubleshooting hard.

Race pads? Always grab more when hot. Check pistons in calipers for sticking. That would cause the drag and grabbing.
