Here’s a 90 BMW 325iS that’s for sale in SoCal. Price is a bit steep but it looks nice in the pics. I called the seller and he said, "I bought the car from some old guy". Don’t know about the quality of the recent work done but it may be worth looking into.

Thats a little steep for a build.
Well since last post my friend in Napa has found a car in santa cruz with a blown motor and paid $500 bucks.Thats a steal with perfect leather interior, to bad we will have strip it.
But now i need another donor car for my key employee. He has driven my 90% spec e30 at infineon and thunderhill and since our friend in Napa is building a car he also has the bug.
Looking for anything in CA or NV with a manual and with or without a motor.

figured as much.
I have about ten cars for less than 1500 bucks in the northern california area we are looking at this week.
Walter at Valley motorwerks has one we are scoping out next week.

I am firm believer that you can build a spece30 for under $7,000 complete.
