camber plates and offset strut bushing

If you have adjustable camber plates (ireland ones are the leading contender) is it still beneficial to have the front strut "crash mounts" ?

I think it’s an either/or deal. As I understand it, crash mounts are designed to correct street camber issues if the car is tweaked in a crash. With adjustable plates, you have the range needed for the track.
