Brake Rotors?

I can get either ATE or BALO for $36 front and $25 rear from Black Forest.
Is one brand better that the other? Is either brand what I need?

Is there anywhere here on the East Coast that has prices this good on rotors since shipping from Idaho for 4 rotors is approx $35?
