I am just about ready to drive my car in HPDE events in prep for racing and I have an issue with my brakes I can not resolve. I have recently put on new rotors, pads, ss lines, new blue fluid. The brakes are locking up under only moderate braking. I have replaced the ABS unit because it was gummed up and I felt not allowing fluid to flow freely. I have swapped out the master cylinder and both front calipers.I have a fairly firm pedal but brakes are locking and tires are skidding. Any ideas? I think it is obvious the ABS is not working but even with it disabled, still brake lockup.

Are you using an aggressive pad like a Hawk Blue?
Have you checked the ABS sensors?

No. I have not rebuilt the rear calipers. I know the fronts are locking, I am not sure about the rears.
How typical is a failure of the pressure regulator between the front and rear?

Problem is solved. Hey, Patton, thanks for the help. I replaced the dash indicator lamp (it was burned out) and the under dash relay. ABS now works and brakes are awesome. I am ready to hit the track.
