Didn’t read any thing about Water wetter’s corrosion protection (which is listed on the bottle) and is, perhaps, the biggest concern you should have when running 100% water.

Ok, but Water Wetter doesn’t provide protection against freezing right?
Do you guys all drain your radiators for the Winter, or you have heated garages?

It doesn’t take much anti-freeze to provide reasonable protection. But the best thing to do is move South.

So, what you’re saying is I could do something like:
20% anti-freeeze
20% water wetter
60% water

What proportions do you run?

During the winter add enough anti-freeze to depress the freezing point of the coolant below the lowest temperature expected. Once the freeze danger is past replace the coolant with water + Water Wetter.

8.11. Engine Coolant
8.11.1. Use of an ethylene glycol (coolant) is prohibited unless specifically allowed by
Supplemental Regulations of a specific race event or by permission of the Regional Director.
Substitute coolants (e.g. “Water Wetter”) are highly encouraged for all competitors.
