What hap to your motor - wasn’t it a recent build?

Yep, don’t really know yet. #2 cylinder showing 10% leak down and compression of 155 where all the others are showing 170-175. Keeps burning the the electrode off the the #2 spark plug too. Brendan says he will take care of it but I need something to race with in the mean time.

DM…sounds like that cylinder is way lean. Switch the injectors between two cylinders and see if the problem follows.

Actually Rob’s motor is a good buy. Last motor I built (Nov-Dec last year) cost me 4500 in parts and machine work, although I did use 1k pistons, new Ireland HD rockers, all new valves and a few other things.

Thanks Chuck. I think it’s a good deal as well. Let’s not forgot the lead time to get a motor built by one of the top builders can be a long process. And this one has one of those hard to get Paul Poore pans and other slick parts.
