Do you guys know how to wire in an aftermarket battery/charging light? I have read the technical description and the light is hot when there is an imbalance between the battery voltage and the alternator voltage. When the voltage comes up from the Alt, it offsets the voltage from the battery and dims. I am wondering if this is a special kind of bulb or other technique for adding one aftermarket.
Alternator Light wiring?

Get an Ammeter with the built in “bridge” (or whatever it’s called) that will allow it to work by just hooking up a couple wires. Ammeters were only replaced by Voltmeters because the lowest common denominators didn’t understand how to read them.
