Air/Fuel ratio on dash w/o installing bung

#1

Normally in order to put an air/fuel ratio meter on your dash you have to weld a 2nd bung on to your exhaust. But with this, you don’t need a 2nd bung. It’s a wideband O2 sensor that includes a narrow band signal out. So the wideband signal wire goes to the meter and the narrow band signal wire goes to your DME. I talked to Shawn and he’s good with it.

Yup, 2 problems. Widebands don’t like high heat and would need to be installed further down anyway to prevent failure.

Second what is the curve of a E30 narrowband? Does anyone know? V/Lambda?
