With luck this post will make it…(i’ve tried several times without success.)
I want to thank everyone who made my first season with NASA such a blast. First, Steve Harper (PTE)who turned me on to NASA and to Chris Corbetto who made the licensing/administrativ process as quick and as easy as possible (I didnt join till late January and had to rush to get things done before VIR)
I’m glad to be amoung the “cult following” he’s leading.
(see:GRM) Watching Chris,Skip, Jon, Mike.com, and Carter mix it up has been a charge…I dont know another series where the lead is contested so closely every time. It’s great for SpecE30 and
for NASA and if it continues will surely pull more competitors into the fray. Carter, thanks for all you did/do and I look forward to seeing you on track with the new ride.
Robert A says he’ll have more HP over the winter…so watch out guys. (hint hint Andrew z)
Of course the most fun was behind the wheel and I’ve got to say 12 races and only one DNF is amazing. Thank you Andrew Z, Jon and Pauly. What a great crew. The cars I ran were little tanks…
The food and beer wasnt bad either! Arrive and drive is a great deal compared to my memories of owning a race car back in the 80ies. I higly recomend Drive-Gear Racing to anyone wanting
to get into this sport or just for a hassle free race weekend.
Try it, you’ll like it!
Again…thanks for the memories NASA, hope to see you all in Feb
(if so,yes I will bring the Jameson)
