2015 Race #'s

It’s that time again. If you want to “own” your # for 2015, it will cost you $50. Otherwise you may show up an event and find that someone else with your car # registered for Lightning before you did. Then you’ll be breaking out the masking tape to change your #.

Damn, Scott…$50 for a race number??? Does that come with KY?

We may be heading for a new race # environment where your # must be unique in the region, not just unique to Lightning. That means a Thunder or Time Trial guy could get your #. Might want to reserve your #.

I blow oodles of money on tons of things but I can’t imagine a bigger waste of money than paying someone $50 to put my name in an excel row on a number.
