2008 Schedule!

Just saw this posted on NASA Forums. There are several dates at the new NJ Motorsports park (Mid-Atlantic people that means no more excuses for not doing any NE events :slight_smile: )
Because of it’s history with PDA, the NE tends to have a bunch of dates that are DE only, not sure which dates will fall into that category.
So clear your schedules, it’s gonna be a good year.

April 15th - Pocono Long Course

May 3rd - Pocono East

May 5th-6th - Watkins Glen

May 31st-June 1st - Beaver Run North

July 14th-15th - Watkins Glen

July 18th - Pocono 3 Courses

July 19th - Pocono Long Double Infield

July 20th - Pocono Long Single Infield

August 5th-6th - Thunderbolt at NJ Motorsports Park

September 15th-16th - Watkins Glen

October 3rd-5th - Watkins Glen

October 15th - Thuderbolt at NJ Motorsports Park

October 16th - Lightning at NJ Motorsports Park

November 7th-9th - Thunderbolt at NJ Motorsports Park

NASA NE web site now lists the official schedule and a couple of Lime Rock dates have been added.

Here’s the list of events that are races or open track/testing days. I don’t know why we only get one race weekend at NJMP, that’s a little disappointing, but I’m sure there’s a reason.

May 31st-June 1st Beaver Run North = HPDE & Sprint Races

July 19th Pocono Long Double Infield = HPDE & Sprint Race

July 20th Pocono Long Single Infield = HPDE & Sprint Race

Spetember 6th-7th Pocono North = HPDE & Sprint Races

October 3rd Watkins Glen = Open Track

October 4th-5th Watkins Glen = HPDE & Sprint Races

November 7th Thunderbolt at NJ Motorsports Park = Open Track

November 8th-9th Thunderbolt at NJ Motorsports Park = HPDE & Sprint Races

Surprisingly it doesn’t look too flat and the giant banked turn, 15°, looks fun.
