The camera car got a bit aggressive braking for 1, but at least the poor guy started trying to work with faster traffic coming through 1, 2, 3, 4… He was swamped. You can tell at the beginning of the video he was competitive with at least a few other Miatas, but it got ugly when he was getting lapped. Did Chris expect the guy to take to the grass to provide a little more room?

Be “balzy” with your own car, not when you might take out someone else’s. A slight tap there would have spun Chris into a wall and would have spun the camera car in front of an angry pack of cars.

Just my $0.02.

The guy was definitely being cautious when he saw us coming through the pack. It was the last lap and he new the leaders were coming through so he left Chris some room. I think it probably has less to do with Chris being balzy and more to do with Chris knowing where every inch of his car is.

I’m reaally hoping to make it to Lowes! Other than that i’m not too sure. This is my last semester in school so everything is kinda hectic. I’ll see how it pans out.
