Oh the Kangster is allways there.
The goal is to have Kangster running the car in PT by thunderhill. That is if we dont sell it by then. Do you know anybody looking for a $3500 track car? I will run it as much as i can as well.

Sweet! Don’t think I know anybody in the market for a GTI, I’ll ask around though. They look fun and scary at the same time. Donny says he has seen quite a few flip over due to the high center of gravity. If you drive it at Infineon, stay off of the inside rumble strip on turn 7!

The old and new GTI cup races would have a freight train of VW’s lifting their inside rear tire a foot off the ground through the turns. It was a sight to see!

Hey Brenden…what I was referring to is that Rabbit GTIs like to lift their inside rear wheel in turns…it’s kind of fun to watch them in fast turns like T-10 at Infineon.

Here’s a link to some GTI-Cup in-car at Infineon…Tom Aiken in-car camera chasing Calvin Wan in the red/white GTI.

Cmon Walley… a bit more enthusiasm.
You know you got what it takes to keep up with us young bucks.
Give us some heat, some pressure or at least some competition.
Ya got Tommy in the saddle for sunday, so bring on the heat saturday.

Turn 2 at t-hill you can feel the driver rear lift and hear it touch down again as you exit the corner.
Kind of freaky at first.
GTI is fast car though. HUGE respect for the Neville!!!
Good job Buddy. I am working on getting the GTI down.

#32

Oh and by the way AJ is the appointed Race Chair for Infineon.
No way out this time Buddy. Top three finishes and you are in.
He is a Rookie in Racers Clothing.
Thanks again AJ for stepping up to the plate. The help I recieve from you guys is huge.
The next event Race Chair has already accepted so look for the news…
Also you guy better be ready for some CASH races Soon…There coming to a track near you…
Only the Race Chair gets the full details…

#33

I was thinking that a GTI would be flat through T10, so I don’t know what I was thinking…

#34

Hey guys. I’ve got to go eat sushi :stuck_out_tongue: for a week but I’ll be at Infineon.

I’ll be there on Sat am. Anyone know where we’ll pit ??

#35

Infineon gets busy so I am not sure where we will stage.
I have to keep near Tech which is just north of the drivers lounge.
I would say right by the garages so people coming into the track see all of us.

#36

I am planning to drop the car around 3:30-4:00, is anyone going to be there yet?

I took Friday through Sunday off…:silly:

Ok ok, I will be the race chair - evidence that persistence pays off. If I can get out of work early Friday I’ll scoot up there to stake my piece of paved earth near the potty, otherwise will see y’all bright and early Sat a.m.
