The only “rain” we’re likely to see Bennett…is possibly the spilling of one of your tall-boy gin & tonics in the paddock
We hit the 30 mark on our field of entries! :woohoo:
See the updated list above.
Woo Hoo. I’ve mounted up my full tread RA1’s for that “rain” ready to go.
Congrats to Brad, Loren and Steve for your podium on Saturday and to Tommy Brad and Loren for Sundays performance.
Hot conditions do seem to induce some mental brain damage at times.
Fun BBQ and Bike racing. I heard from a birdy that Steve and Brad are now official Paddack Cops. Go to work Boys!
Although my performance was weak, I will post my video from Saturday and at least you guys can see yourself run into the distance. Look up Shoe Nichols on Vimeo. Will be up late tonight.
That ws a fun weekend. Apparently we had a little too much fun, if there is such a thing. Isn’t there a song about havin too much fun? As a result of having too much fun, and a really cool upper management, there’s a new sherif in town. Details to follow…
It was a great weekend, and nice hanging out with the BTM guys and the shoe. Cant wait to do it again!
The BTM Motorwerks Racing Blog has been updated!

Read! Enjoy! Laugh! Cry! Comment!
Seriously, if you guys can log in with your google account and follow the blog, that’d be outstanding.
Next step is to produce some video. I have some absolutely riveting stuff from running the 19 car in GTS 2 watching e36s slowly pull away…or perhaps this video of Brad doing his thing on Sunday…hmm choices, choices. B) Stay tuned to this Bat-channel…:cheer:
Nice video Poppy…Did Scoot loose his breaks or what?
Love the first start, you made up a dozen or so spots. Way to nail the throttle & thread the needle.

I think his brakes worked great all I saw was blue smoke and squeeling, I think it was just a senior moment!
It was totally a senior moment on my part! I still feel bad about that pass attempt. I didn’t listen to that little voice in my head telling me this was a sketch pass.
Maybe my brakes still had some residue from Steve’s oil dump in Turn 8 which caused my 100 mph spin in front of the 24 SE30s behind me! 6th to DFL…plus my car started the grass fire where I went offroad!

THAT’S IT! I knew there was a better explanation than being old! I got to try one of these, Steven said he had one on his car for fast oil changes track side that got sheared off on the wheeldrop track out in turn six.
